My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful little lady is Sookie! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 9/20, and no one has come to reclaim her. Sookie is such a fun-loving, playful, and friendly girl; we're surprised no one is missing her! The volunteers describe Sookie as smart and attentive. She already knows several commands including sit and lay down. She also loves treats and will work for them. Puppies are super cute, but they're also a lot of work. If you're looking for a young BFF to join you on all of life's adventures and you have the energy, time, and patience to commit to Sookie, please come meet her today!

Sookie is approximately 8 months old, and she weighs 35 lbs. She will most likely be a medium-sized dog when fully grown. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Sookie is waiting in run 410; her ID # is 662081.

Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
