Hello there, I'm Suki! I'm a relaxed kitty who enjoys life's simple pleasures – eating and sleeping are at the top of my list! I love having my personal space but will happily keep you company by chilling in the same room. I’m a one-cat kind of gal, so I'd prefer to be your one and only fur baby!

While I’m strictly an indoor cat, I promise to keep you entertained. Laser pointers are my absolute favorite, and I’m ready to chase that little red dot any day! I might not be a fan of dogs (I’m quick to show them who's boss), but I do adore those spikey wall combs – perfect for a self-care session!

I'm fully vaccinated, spayed, and my blood work got a paws-up from the vet in 2024, so I'm in great health! Wet food is my ultimate treat – it’s the way to my heart!

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization dedicated to saving local at-risk shelter pets from the San Jose Animal Care Center. Our goal is to give adoptable animals a chance to shine in a casual and relaxed environment, and expand opportunity for adoptions, thereby reducing the euthanasia rate in Silicon Valley. The Dancing Cat also seeks to create a community of cat lovers by providing a place for fun social and educational events.
