Ruby and her pups Rengoku, Zenitsu, and Buddy were found stray and their owners were never located. The family who found them is working with Legacy Humane Society to have them vetted and placed into loving forever homes.

Puppies are playful, active, and loving. They need someone will lots of time and patience to raise them to be the best adult dogs they can be!

$325 donation includes three rounds of puppy vaccines, dewormer, a one-year rabies vaccine, microchip and registration, and spay/neuter. Adopter will take the puppy to an LHS-approved vet to be spayed/neutered at 16 weeks of age per the spay/neuter agreement and in accordance with Chapter 828, Texas Health and Safety Code.

*Due to the high volume of applications and inquiries for puppies, we will not be able to respond to or consider interest from those outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
