For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
This helps High Country Humane with pet care costs.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are we about to be best friends? My name is Sadie. I'm a lovely doggo and I have stunning eyes to get lost in. I came to High Country Humane because my owner couldn't care for me anymore. Regardless of where I came from, I'm just focused on finding my furever home. Is it with you?
Maybe I should tell you a bit about myself first! I'm as affectionate as I am bubbly. And one of my favorite things to do is getting pets from people. Physical touch is my love language. I'm both chill and playful which means I go with the flow, whether it's a movie day or a hiking day! I am a clown and am already ready for a good time! I am potty trained, leash trained, and know how to "sit", "stay", "Come", and "Lie Down". You could say that I am VERY smart!! I absolutely love people, kids included! I am dog friendly and would love to meet any potential friends you may have for me! Do I sound like your new best friend? I hope so! Contact my foster to meet me at (928) 710-0850! I can't wait to see you!
Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
