My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi!
My name is Yasha and I've never heard of personal space. Is there a warm human nearby? I'm there! My favorite place to sleep. My love language? Touch, of course. I will purr so loudly if you pet me. I can't help it. I'm a baby snuggle bug. Also! I'm! High! Energy! I love to play with my cat friends (older male and female) even if they don't always want to play with me. You can also catch me in the tunnel, but only if you are fast.
I've done a great job using the litter box at my foster home because of course I have! I've only met a dog through a window. I ignored him.

I would do well in most homes, I just need a family that can dedicate time to playing with me every day...and people that don't mind cat cuddles!

Yasha is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for their age.

More about this rescue

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
