Meet Rock, a vibrant 2-year-old canine companion weighing in at a healthy 45 lbs. Initially a bit shy, Rock has blossomed into an energetic and playful girl who is sure to bring joy to any home. She has a particular fondness for toys and will eagerly select her favorite from a pile, though she's not very interested in playing with balls. Rock may not have had formal obedience training yet, but her quick learning ability and love for treats (or any kind of food, really) make her a breeze to train. She may do better with older children until she learns a little more. Her affectionate and personable nature means she thrives on human companionship and loves spending time with her people. If you're looking for a lively and loving addition to your family, Rock could be the perfect match for you! Come meet her and see if she steals your heart.
Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.

More about this shelter
Springdale Animal Services' mission is to provide shelter and care to the thousands of stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need every year. We reunite lost pets with their owners, and place many that are homeless in caring, permanent homes. We strive to ensure the welfare and public safety of our community and its animals through education of our citizens and enforcement of our ordinances. We promote spaying/neutering all domestic animals at the earliest appropriate age, as a means of reducing their overpopulation.
