My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bear! Bear is an athletic dog who loves squeaky toys, floopy toys, playing fetch, being outdoors, and can entertain himself, but is the best snuggler. Bear would do good with someone who could give him a job or activity to do. He was in a home with another dog, he is not familiar with children and would not do good with small animals. He is crate trained and is active on leash. Bear needs a snuggle buddy with energy to burn. Apply to adopt him at ghhs.org!

Additional adoption info

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.

If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.

If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter's home.

Some animals may require a home inspection.

Verification of current pet(s) vaccine/vet records.
