Meet Charlie Hoover! We call him that because this velvety, almost all black kitten never stops eating and purring! We suspect he's going to be a big kitty one day. He came to us as a tiny rescue kitten after being found alone and crying behind a woman's home. He loves to be flipped over and have his belly rubbed. Then he just purrs and purrs. He's super playful and gets along well with the other animals. He is neutered and vaccinated.
