Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Intake Reason: returned after 3 weeks, not adjusting to home for family`s time frame. Initially was surrendered due to owner having to move and being unable to take her with.

Known with:
·Cats: Ok - previously lived with sister. Her first home reported that the cat`s got along well, and the second home reported some friction between the cats. May do ok with another cat after time to adjust.
·Dogs: Unknown - If there are any dogs in home, they should be calm & respectful. No dogs may be best.
·Kids: Not good - Hides from young kids. A home with kids over 12 yrs is best.

Personality: Luna is a little more reserved in nature and will take a longer time to adjust into her new environment. She is on the calmer side but has a playful streak if you give her come crumpled paper or a wand toy. She is a bit of a picky eater until you find what she likes. At WCHS she enjoys her diet of kibble with a daily tablespoon of canned food.

Visit the shelter. We have an application that takes about 15 minutes to fill out once you have found a pet you like. You call back the next day which gives us time to review the application and gives you 24 hours to think about your decision to adopt. You can also complete our on-line application and get approved in advance of finding the perfect companion. Once approved, you are able to adopt an animal the same day.
