Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Quill is our derpy, fun loving, goofy young boy who's looking for his forever home! Despite arriving to our facility a few days ago, Quill has already made himself at home and has quickly made several friends! He loves to go on walks, though he does get distracted by pretty much everything around him, and he loves to play with toys - the squeakier and fluffier, the better! Quill must have just gone through a growth spurt because he has moments of being quite clumsy - he's still getting used to his long, lanky legs. And don't tell him that he's too big to be a lap dog because this boy just wants to flop into your lap or give you hugs! But we love that about him as it totally fits with his laid back, HAP-py to be here, silly goose personality. One of the volunteers describes him as a 'dingus' and that definitely fits! He's very good at sit and loves his treats so that will help with working on his other young dog manners but overall, he's a very friendly good boy! So come on in and meet our derpy boy Quill today! He'll be very HAP-py to say hi!
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
