My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Esquivel is a loving and spunky girl that was found as a stray, and we quickly found out how she became one. She has a great talent for climbing anything! Aside from loving to jump over gates and doing some rock wall climbing, this lady listens, loves her people, and she is learning to kennel. She loves to play with all her friends, regardless of size or gender. She would feel at home with any welcoming family! Her new home will need to have at minimum a five foot solid wall, and she should be escorted by her people when going out to potty or enjoying the sun.

Esquivel is a 2 year old beagle mix who is current on all vaccines, microchipped and her spay is scheduled.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
