We love her bright energy so much and that’s why we knew she’d be the perfect addition to our Pawsitive Change program! We send all kinds of dogs in and happy and social dogs help the shy dogs adjust in the prison environment quicker. Harley will be taking all her positive energy into North Kern State Prison. She’ll spend the next 3 months gaining the obedience skills she needs to make her an even more perfect adoption candidate.

Harley, even with her happy go lucky personality, almost didn’t make it out of the shelter. She spent a month at our county shelter when they picked her up as a stray and sadly no adopters seemed interested. But we saw what a great dog she was and Pawsitive Change will now be giving this sweet girl her chance to shine!

Harley loves everyone! Dogs, humans she’s great with them all. This girl has so many positives what she learns in prison is only going to make her more amazing! In 3 months she’ll be ready for her next great adventure and we really hope that adventure includes a home and adoption with you!
