My name is Nellie!

Nellie is a sweet 3 yr old Frenchie that loves to play and be loved on, but she gets possessive when it comes to people she cares about or her food. She is good with our 8 year old daughter and our family she grew up around but can get aggressive when there are strangers in the house due to her anxiety. Transparently, this makes it challenging to have company over, unless you’re able to put her in a separate room. She’s also prescribed anxiety medication to help with this. She’s good with some dogs but not all. She’s also only partially potty trained but will go outside if taken out regularly. She really needs a family that can give her the time and attention she needs while being patient as she warms up to you. She also could use some behavioral training, which we don’t have the resources for.
