My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otso is a cute, skinny, neglected shepherd who came to the shelter as a stray. He was in pretty rough shape (well, he's still in rough shape, but he's improving every day!) He's very underweight and his skin is scabby and he'll need some time and TLC before he's healthy enough to neuter. He'd love to spend that time in his new home! He loves snacks, stuffies, snacks, rope toys, snacks, balls, and playing with other dogs!
