Willow was a stray that had been wandering around my girlfriend’s work for a month or two. We brought her into our care on the 25th or 26th of September and took her to the vet the next day for a check up. She tested positive for feline aids and leukemia(FIV & FeLV). We already have a cat of our own and cannot risk spreading infection. We do not have the time nor money to put in the care that this kitty needs. She would need yearly boosters and vet check ups often to make sure her immune system stays fighting, as well as keeping track of the progress of the diseases. Despite being FIV & FeLV positive, She looks like a very healthy cat. She’s very calm, very loving, and so far a really good cat! We have contacted every no kill shelter or rescue that we can but so far no luck. We are looking for a home or family that can give this poor kitty a life that she deserves! She can easily go onto to live a normal healthy life with the right love and treatment!
