My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hugh is an extremely smart dog. With the right training, he would make an excellent service dog. In lieu of that training, Hugh would be well matched with an owner that loves the outdoors. Hugh is highly attuned to the humans around him. He somewhat pulls when on a leash, but overall minds when he's on a leash.

He is excellent around kids. I've witnessed my son play rough with Hugh, and he doesn't mind. Hugh loves to run and play with kiddos.

Hugh also loves to stand up to give hugs. He has to be reminded at times to get down, but overall, he loves to stand up to give hugs.

Hugh easily rides in the car. He is curious about what's going on when he first gets in the car, but he easily settles in and goes to sleep in his designated seat.

Hugh is an active dog, that isn't too hyper. He loves affection and attention and aims to please.
