My name is Maximus!

Maximus is 8 yrs old I have had him since 8 weeks of age. I recently moved in with my daughter due to health reasons,( a recent heart attack and dx with colon cancer this year. ) My daughter's landlord does not accept pets per the lease. My nephew was boarding Maximus for the last eight months but he is now ill and feels that he will be unable to keep him any longer.

I have no one that can take him and it breaks my heart and my grandchildren who love him too He is playful , loves kids, loves to run in the yard and of course completely house trained. (fenced yard will be best)
I need assistance with finding a place for Maximus. He is currently with my son who has a studio apartment and he avoiding the landlord also.
Maximus is approximately 75 lbs he has not been neutered he received in April yearly rabies vaccine no heart warm prevention. (due to cost)
No other vaccines were administered but I am willing to have him fully vaccinated before adoption.
