Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stein is a mixed breed. He is approximately 4 years old and weighs approximately 55 pounds. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
Stein was rescued from the euthanasia list at a local shelter after suffering from two different incidences of an embedded collar.
Stein is a sweet and gentle guy. He loves to play but also loves to cuddle. This handsome fellow enjoys being outside and loves spending time with people. He also enjoys food and treats.
Stein does well with kids. He seems to be dog selective, preferring female dogs over males. He will need a home without cats.
If you are interested in fostering or adopting Stein, please apply online at www.fixingtheunbroken.com or send an email to info@fixingtheunbroken.com.
Can’t foster or adopt? Please consider donating to Stein’s ongoing boarding expenses. You can do so through any of the methods below.

An application, veterinarian reference, and home check are required for each prospective foster / adopter.
There is an adoption fee of $125 for animals under 1 year of age and $100 for each animal 1 year and older. This fee helps cover the cost of vaccines, spay/neuter, and a microchip. Each animal in our rescue receives medical care from a veterinarian from the day they enter the rescue until the day they are adopted. This adoption fee covers only a small fraction of overall medical costs.
Fixing the Unbroken reserves the right to decline any foster or adoption for any reason.
