Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otto the Otterhound mix! This lovely, scruffy, boy is all puppy! At 8-9 months old and 45 lbs, he often looks like his legs move independently of his mind. Quite adorable, really. Otto is a very dog friendly, social guy. He would do well in a variety of homes but is a bit rambunctious so those looking for a calm, lazy, lap dog are advised to keep scrolling. Otto is doing great with his house and crate training, too!

Otto is in foster in Aurora, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *

Mile High Canine Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3, Colorado non-profit organization established in 2019. We are 100% volunteer run and foster home based. MHCR aims to provide abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs a loving home to grow and learn in until a suitable forever home is found. While in foster care, our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested/treated, microchipped, and vaccinated. We rescue dogs from Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.
