We adopted Luke in 2020. Luke is extremely shy & when we met him he hid most of the time. While there, the shelter informed us that there was another kitten ready to go as well. Seeing as how shy he was, I thought this would help him when he was added to our family. It did not. At the time we had our two older children (7 & 9) as well as our older male boxer. Over the years we have had some issues w/ his eating habits. He would scarf down his food and then we would find piles of unchewed cat puke around the house. We've changed food, tried smaller amounts spaced out and then he would eat Leias food. We are on an auto feeder w/small portions several times a day, but it seems like he is still stealing some of her food. They have been fighting, w/ Luke being the aggressor. He was put on gabapentin. We are also trying Pepcid OTC to help w/ his "nervous belly". We also now have a toddler that I have to worry about because she wants to love her kitty but he will claw and bite if picked up.
