Meet charming little Lane! He is all about snuggles and play time. Lane came to Tigerlily after he was found with several facial and neck wounds and had to be hospitalized at the vet. He has made a full recovery, but still has a little blemish with his right eye's third eyelid. It does not require any further treatment and should continue to heal and improve. He is the happiest little kitty and just loves to run and play. He loves interactive toys like feathers wands and also does well entertaining himself with toys like springs and rattle mice. He would do well as a single kitty or with other cats with proper introductions. He would be okay with cat-savvy children and other pets. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines.

Lane is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. His adoption fee is $125. Do you have the purrfect home for this cute boy?

Interview

If your application is approved, one of our board members will contact you for a phone interview.

3.
Meet the Pet

During your phone interview, we will work on setting up a date/time for you to meet your new family member at the Petsmart in Troy.

Additional adoption info

* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old.
* If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed.
* We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family.
* For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best.
* If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time.
* We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child.

Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
