This helps Town and Country Animal Rescue with pet care costs.
Mater is the sweetest boy, he loves to snuggle and be held. Gus-Gus (his brother) and Mater love to cuddle and sleep. He does do well with other dogs a little shy but he gets the hang of things fast !! This smart boy knows sit, and paw. Mater is just the biggest couch potato! Come out and meet this amazing young boy Mater!
The adoption fee is 450 + tax and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.
Applications are typically worked in time stamp order based on date/time of submission. If you have other dogs in your home, they must all meet the potential adoptee. It may save you a trip to bring them with you when you visit, if you are certain you want to adopt a new family member.
*****We are currently operating by appointment only due to a shortage of personnel. If you want to meet this pet, or are interested in adopting, please submit an inquiry or email to tchspapillion@gmail.com. Someone from the rescue will contact you and/or your family and determine, on a broad level, whether you might be a fit for the animal. If so, they will provide instructions for completing the application. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to set up a time to meet at the shelter or the foster home. The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the dog counselors or the foster. If all goes well, you can adopt during the same visit.
