Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This is beautiful Kiara, nicknamed Kiki. She is a healthy, sweet, shaded grey tabby about 9/10 years old.
She is unfortunately being rehomed for the 3rd time around. They say 3 times is the best one, right.
She was abandoned by her first owners and left behind in an apartment complex. The family that moved into that apartment adopted her. They took her in and had her for about 2 years. Kiki was indoor-outdoor because she was left outside by her first owners and became accustomed to going in and out of the apartment.
She is comfortable indoors too, will use a litter box just fine and enjoys pets and being loved on.
She is currently looking for her this time forever home because her 2nd owners have to move and can not take her with them. So they reached out to FKC for help so she wouldn’t be left behind again.
She would be a great companion for an empty nester looking for a companion. She has lived with a small cat-friendly dog her age.
If interested, please call Katrina at 916-595-0325.

More about this rescue
Mission Statement
Fat Kitty City Humane Society (The Agee Memorial Wildlife Fund, Inc.) is a non-profit 501(c)3 Corporation, dedicated to ending needless animal suffering, through spaying, neutering, socializing, adopting and other aggressive approaches.
Our objectives are:
Provide a "no-kill" sanctuary for unwanted, Feline AIDS positive or negative, abused, neglected, feral, tame, stray or lost pets.
When possible, each pet will be rehabilitated, socialized and adopted (with a microchip) to a good family.
Those pets that cannot be rehabilitated, will live out their lives in our sanctuary, in dignity. They will receive love, housing, food and veterinary care.
To spay or neuter every pet we receive, to reduce unnecessary suffering.
Provide reasonable space for each pet to live out a high quality of life (not to live out their lives in small cages with barely enough room to move around).
Provide relief from the weather by providing a heated shelter during cold weather, etc.
Provide stimulation. A yard with trees to climb, lawn and dirt to play in and toys to enjoy.
