My name is Donatello!

Meet Donatello! He’s a staffy mix born 3/31/24 and he weighs 42 lbs. Donatello is great with kids, cats and other dogs. Being a puppy, he is very curious and likes to play with other dogs. He wants to play chase with one of his foster's resident dogs, but is submissive when caught. They are still working on walking on a leash and he is a little afraid of cars passing but that's okay! He does weave around while walking so he is a work in progress! He has only been in the car one time and he fell asleep on the seat right away!  Donatello loves human contact, and chase. In the time his foster has had him,  he has not had one accident in the house!  He is pretty high energy and sometimes doesn't realize how big he is.  In no way does he try to hurt you, but he thinks he is a tiny poodle!! When his foster is working from home, he is a great coworker as he curls up under their desk and sleeps!  He has been sleeping through the night in his crate but does cry a bit when put to bed at night. Donatello is working on being a great family pet!
