He will follow you around in hopes that you will give him kisses and cuddles. He loves to play, so like a typical puppy, will whine for your attention and cuddle when you hold him. He is friendly to dogs and children, not being nippy. But also like a typical puppy, he wants to explore his world and hasn't learned the manners yet to do so.
