By a Good Samaritan who rescued him from abandon area saved him from getting into harm's way. He is very sweet very playful lots of energy. roughly 9-10 months old.

He would be best if someone had another dog in the home between 1-4 years old under 20 pounds - depending on the living situation he possibly could go into a home as only dog household. The family will need to be active and keep him social by having doggy playdates with neighbor dogs or sending him to doggy daycare or get together with friends dogs quite often.
