My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Great news! My adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me and wants me to find a great home.

Here's what you need to know about me:

I'm an active dog! I would love to go home with a family who can help me burn off energy with exercise, playtime, and outdoor adventures.

I need a home without cats. We just don't get along - even if they don't mind me, I can't be in the same home with them.

I'd prefer to be the only dog in my new home. Sharing my space with another dog just isn't for me, but I might be able to have play dates with dogs I'm friends with! My human friends at the shelter can tell you more.

If there are kids in my new home, I need them to be older than 6 and prefer to meet them before going home. An adoption counselor can tell you more.

I'm available for Trial Adoption! If you're interested in taking me home for 2 weeks before making a final decision, please email adoptions@southwesthumane.org.
