My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi. My name is Basil. I am a sweet little grey and white female tuxedo with short hair. My brother and I were separated from our litter and reunited over a week later, and now our siblings have all been adopted out. Although we are still a bit shy, we are happy to accept cuddles and kisses and are learning all about toys and how fun they are. I love when my foster mama tosses springs, balls and little mice my way. I surprise her by how fast I can catch them. I will do well with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs when given a slow and proper introduction. I have been vaccinated, spayed and microchipped and I'm ready for a chance to pick my forever family. Could that be with you?

Potential adopters are always encouraged to reach out to the rescue and do a meet and greet. Additionally, we do have cats at the Petsmart at Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway and the Petsmart off the Loop 303 and Waddell Road.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit based in the Phoenix metro area that rescues and rehabilitates stray, feral, and abandoned animals, primarily kittens and cats. We are strong believers in TNR-Trap, Neuter, Return- for controlling feral cat colonies. We seek to educate and support the humane management of these efforts, and can provide traps and advice for those in need of help.
