My name is Silas!

Silas is an 8-month-old, 10-pound male wire-haired Dachshund mix. He sports the cutest ever fuzzy face.
This very bright loving pup ran out if a thicket onto the road in a county south of San Antonio. He was scooped up by a compassionate person and taken home and given a nice bath and a meal. A friend contacted Poquita Paws asked us to place him in rescue. We definitely are not sorry we accepted him. He is sweet, very quick to learn and has almost mastered housebreaking. He sleeps and eats in a kennel. If any other little 4 legged wants to have the “Zoomies “inside the house or in the big yard he is always ready for the romp. Silas will make a great family dog. Another small dog or active owner would be a great match for him.
He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and is heartworm negative. He has been given a healthy dog report by the vet. His adoption fee is $300.  If interested, please submit an application to www.poquitapawsrescue.org.

ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Poquita Paws does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes spay/neutered, rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventrative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE.

We transport to most states across the country.

Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
