My name is Moonlight!

Moonlight was EU-listed for space, from a DFW region county shelter. She was a staff favorite, but as often happens with black dogs, was ignored and shelter filled. I follow the shelter on FB and the story hit home. I drove over on deadline day and brought her home. It appears she had been dumped.
She is just a big, friendly, affectionate girl. She loves to ride and will jump in the backseat and watch the scenery pass by. She also loves to fetch her tennis balls and chew ring for a few minutes. She is basically quiet, a few barks at front glass door but not territorial or boisterous. She will react to dogs/doorbells on TV.!
She would be ideal on a farm/large lot where she could run/play with older children/dogs. She is good around dogs and cats. Likes short walks and is ok on leash but reactive to rabbits and squirrels (abundant here). Want the very best for her!
