Meet Golden Girl! This beautiful orange and white tabby is so calm and friendly, and just loves to cuddle! She enjoys getting attention from her humans and does well with adults and kiddos.

Golden Girl is the sweetest mom to her kittens. She plays with them and makes sure they are nurtured and loved. Now that they're on their way to finding homes of their own, she's ready to do the same. And, she is sure to be a bright light for the lucky family that decides to take her home. She gets along with other cats and is neutral with dogs.

Step one:
Browse our available animals online. Our website has more details on every animal, including any known history with dogs, cats, and kids, as well as individual adoption fees. Visit https://www.austinpetsalive.org/adopt

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
