Thor and his sister were abandoned by their owners in Virginia, when they opened the car door, let the dogs out, just to drive away leaving them behind.

Thor does not hold this against humans as he is SUCH a loving boy who loves to snuggle and be right next to his people.

Thor is crate trained and potty trained. He knows sit, stay and paw. Loves a good game of fetch and a big fan of the outdoors.

He would do better in a home with no young kids, as he is still a puppy and has some puppy tendencies.

Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs and cats from high-kill shelters. Through our network of committed volunteers and foster homes we are able to rescue, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well matched, thoroughly screened forever homes. We also provide our adopters and the community with information on responsible pet ownership, including spay-neuter, training and good nutrition.
