He’s the smart Lawrence brother …
Meet Matt Lawrence! Matt Lawrence is in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area (see information below in the “Adopting from Path of Hope Rescue” section).
Matt Lawrence is a charming, golden fawn colored terrier mix puppy with white rear toes and adorable forehead wrinkles which make him look like he is deep in thought. Part of our Lawrence Brothers litter with siblings Joey and Andy, Matt Lawrence traveled from the Brazoria SPCA in Texas to find a new home in the PNW area. We are currently taking applications for Matt Lawrence, and he will be able to go home with an adopter after his neuter surgery on or about October 15, 2024.
Matt Lawrence is a bit mellower than his brothers, and he tends to look before he leaps. Always one to join in the romping with other dogs, he will measure how rough the play is before committing to participating. A happy go lucky puppy, he contentedly chews on his toys or bones nearby while his foster works. Sweet, friendly, and affectionate, Matt Lawrence loves being with his humans (adults and children), whether it is cuddling on the couch, going for a walk (loves walks!), or supervising while you work from home.
Born in early July of 2024, Matt Lawrence is a young puppy learning new skills daily. He is progressing well through his crate and potty training and wakes once a night to go out. Curious about the world, Matt Lawrence loves his walks and is quickly picking up good leash manners. He will begin his basic obedience work shortly. In the meantime, Matt Lawrence is spending his days romping, cuddling, and getting lots of playtime, love, and new adventures with his foster family. Matt Lawrence is growing into a healthy, active, affectionate pup ready for his new home.
Matt Lawrence’s ideal home? This sweet pup seeks people to love who will love him in return and ensure he learns the skills that will make him a well-rounded and happy dog. While he would love a dog sibling or children in the home, he would be equally content to be the center of your attention. Plenty of toys and bones to chew would be swell. Walks and little explorations of his new world would help his confidence grow. If this sounds like you, Matt Lawrence is waiting!
