My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It's hard to come up with all of the right words to describe Fuzzbug, but if I had to choose one word it would be CHARACTER. There is never a dull moment with this girl around - she has a huge personality and will make you laugh daily! Fuzzy may be small herself but everything she does, she does big. She's extremely affectionate - she loves to be held and have her face kissed. Her favorite spot to be is perched on a shoulder or curled up under a chin. Bonus points if you have a beard, she loves beards! On the flip side to her cuddly nature, she's also the queen of chaos! She loves to play and she plays HARD. She has no fear and will challenge the biggest and toughest cat or puppy around, she is intimidated by nothing and no one! A wild and rambunctious playmate (or two) that can match her energy in her forever home is a must!

Fuzzbug was raised as a single orphan and while she has learned a lot of manners from the big cats in her foster home, she's still working on not using her teeth when she plays with humans. She loves loves loves kids and is so tolerant with being carried around, she would just be best in a home with older kids who understand she can be mouthy and will continue to help her learn to be the best kitty she can be! She's perfect with her litterbox use and is overall a very tidy girl.

If you're looking to add a constant source of joy and entertainment to your life, apply to meet Fuzzbug!

Fuzzbug is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age.

More about this rescue

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
