My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Garp is a calm, friendly cat that is comfortable around adults and children and comes to you when you call his name. He's independent but loves to be cuddled and pet (when he's in the mood) and wants to sleep on someone's bed with them at night. Garp is also a talker and will meow at you when he wants attention. This sweet boy will likely do best in a home where he is the only pet.

More about this rescue

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
