My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lucy
Breed French Bulldog
Female / fixed.
Age 2 years old , 31 LB
As much as we know we could see on her body that she had a few litters with pups by c-section .And Lucy was no longer needed or wanted. Her perfect forever home would be with a doggy friend she loves to play and is good with all my other dogs. She is super sweet and easy going.
She is kennel trained and potty trained. She also knows how to use a doggy door . No cats she is way too curious.
No "small" kids she does do the love Nibble and with 31 pounds she will knock smaller kids over because she is a bundle of energy. She is learning her leash manners, and she is a fast learner.
This girl will fill anyone's home with frenchie LOVE, SNORTS and the occasional Toot :):)

Additional adoption info

Adoption application required.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..

If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

Go meet their pets

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
