Hello Future Family-
My name is Chaya. My estimated date of birth is August 21, 2023. I am listed as a black lab mix. The most important thing you should know about me is that I love spending time with my people and playing with my toys. I’m working on kennel training. I eat in my kennel and can stay in without crying but I do not go in on my own, I need food or treats to get me inside. I am potty trained. I love to cuddle and be by your side whenever you need me. I love being the center of attention and always will come to you for ear rubs and a back scratch. Currently I am working on jumping up when I get excited. So, no young kiddos in my house. I do best with slow dog intros and prefer calmer dogs to play with. Let me know if you would like to meet to see if we are a perfect fit. Chaya
NOTE: Chaya tested positive for Lymes disease (tick borne illness) and will need to be monitored the remainder of her life. Many dogs that test positive for Lymes never become ill or require treatment.
