*This animal is a part of our “Seniors for Seniors” program where we offer senior adopters an opportunity to adopt an eligible pet at a discounted fee.*
Spotty is a charming 10-year-old brown tabby with a unique twist—he's a polydactyl cat with huge, lovable paws! Surrendered by his previous owner, Spotty came to us after it was discovered that his long nails were cutting into his paw pads, causing him discomfort. With a little care and regular nail trims, he’s on the path to feeling his best!
He's living as a single pet now in his foster home, and has started to really come out of his shell. He's very curious, seeking to explore every corner of his new apartment. Spotty loves laps, and will spend hours enjoying pets from his foster dad while sitting on the chair. When he lived at the office, Spotty didn’t seem to mind the other cats in his shared room, though slow introductions are recommended to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
With his gentle nature and those adorable monster mittens, Spotty is ready to find a loving home where he can feel safe and cherished. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who needs a little extra TLC, Spotty is the perfect match for you!
Spotty was an owner surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page.
If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
