Meet Dora! This sweet little girl is as loving as can be. While she may be a bit shy at first, once she warms up, she loves attention and sitting right by your side. Dora is a puppy pad trained cutie who gets along well with other dogs. She would do well with a confident canine companion to help show her the ropes, but she’d also be happy in a home without other pets—just as long as she gets lots of love! Dora arrived at the shelter with her siblings and will need some grooming in the future to keep her looking her best. Come by and meet Dora today!

More about this rescue

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
