My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Maren, and I love to snuggle! I will snuggle with people and dogs. My Foster Mommy says I am intelligent and a fast learner. I am housetrained, and I will sit nicely for treats. My foster mom says I am very responsive to treats and learn easily. I love my fur dog sisters, but the cat here scares me, so no cats for me! I love all people, but in my happiness, I might knock down the really tiny humans when I greet them. I promise I’m working on that!

I have a lot of energy for running and playing and enjoy being outside in a fenced yard; maybe I can help wear out your children as long as they aren't too young. I wouldn't want to knock them over. I am very well-behaved inside and only chew on my toys and bones. I am also crate-trained and know a few commands. And while I don’t drink beer, you can take me with you and do some outdoor stuff, so I can be with my family, wherever they are.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt and a member of our Adoption Team will contact you for an interview.

2.
Meet the Pet

Our pets are located in foster homes. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster family.

3.
Home Check

The foster family will do a brief home visit to ensure that it's a perfect match between family & pet!

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees range from $50 - $150 for cats and $150 - $300 for dogs. Specials and discounts may apply.

Sign Adoption Contract

Our team is available for support and referrals post adoption if you need it!

We ask that all pets and family members meet your potential new pet so that everyone can be sure they are the right fit!

Puppies and kittens under 4 months may only be adopted locally. Fully vetted and altered pets may be adopted out of state.
