Message for details:
Bella is available for adoption in a foster home. To adopt them, please email us at adoptoceanside@sdhumane.org and provide a good callback number.

How this pet arrived:
Bella was brought in by her previous owner on September 8, 2024.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Bella, the sweetheart you've been dreaming of! This friendly girl has a heart full of love and a wagging tail that never stops. Bella's has a mixed history with other dogs, so make sure to bring any current pup in the home to meet Bella so we can ensure they get along! She is not a fan of cats, and will need to be a feline free home. Bella has no history with children so it is strongly recommended that all children in the household be present. With Bella by your side, you'll have a loyal companion who's always ready for cuddles, belly rubs, and relaxing on the couch. Ready to add a sprinkle of Bella's sunshine to your life? Adopt her today! Don't forget to bring a leash and collar!

More about this shelter

San Diego Humane Society, an open-admission shelter, is creating a more humane world by inspiring compassion and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County. We not only care for 50,000 animals in our communities but also share the expertise we have gained through our innovative programs with shelters nationwide so they can save more lives in their communities.

While our influence is expanding nationally, our top priority is meeting the needs of San Diego. We provide exceptional care for all animals through world-class veterinary medicine, shelter and most of all: love.
