Dr. Evil is a chill dude who spends most of his time sleeping or observing his surroundings with his big, mesmerizing yellow eyes. He's not much of a snuggler and more of an independent soul, but he doesn't like to be alone and will come ask for your attention when he's in the mood. He gets along well with dogs and other cats and will easily fit in with any pet-loving family.
