Animal Profile: Ruby is an estimated 14-week-old female mixed breed (likely Collie with Hound) who -- along with her sibling Tuesday -- found themselves at the crowded Turlock shelter due to no fault of their own. This sweet pup is friendly with people and very social with other dogs. She will benefit from another dog in her foster home but could do OK as an only dog. We will share more about her as we get to know her in foster care.
Foster Update: Ruby is a tiny toy. She gets along well with other dogs and is very playful. She has been good about going to the bathroom outside with just one accident. She sleeps in the crate at night and is learning well what no means. She listens very well. She is NOT mouthy. She does still jump up
when she is excited. I think she will be easy to train.
Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current core vaccinations per AVMA standards, negative heartworm test and microchip with lifetime registration. Adoption fees benefit all the animals in our rescue, and may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Animal History: This dog was rescued from the the high kill Turlock animal shelter and transported via START, arriving to Seattle area foster care 9/20/24. This dog will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
