The famous Charlie Brown once said, ÂFor one brief moment today I thought I was winning in the game of life. But there was a flag on the play! Much like the original, our Charlie Brown has experienced his letdowns. He thought he was winning with a new family when his Âflag came in the form of chickens. ÂGood griefÂ, he just couldn't resist those free ranging fluffy critters. He remains hopeful that the right home is out there, especially for such a friendly, lovable guy. This 2-year-old Lab Retriever sports a healthy and shiny chocolate coat. He has likely reached his adult weight of 70 lb. Charlie Brown is perfectly content hanging out watching football. He enjoys long walks in the park and is an excellent listener. He'd do well in most any family setting and has spent time around other dogs,(female dogs are his favorite). He's curious about cats and has never reacted. He doesn't need the football jerked out from under him again, he deserves a home where he can hear, ÂYou're a good man Charlie Brown!Â**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate.
