Ringo is a lovely DSH Egyptian Mau/gray tabby mix female born approximately 8/11/2022.
Ringo was adopted from NBCR as a kitten, but sadly when her family could know longer care for her, they took her to the local animal shelter. Fortunately, she was chipped and registered to us, so we were able to go to the shelter and retrieve her.
Ringo was originally rescued along with her 4 siblings and mom from a garage where she was born. The mom was a stray and slipped into the garage for shelter and safety to have her litter. The mom came and went, but the kittens never left the garage until the day they were all rescued.
Ringo is a little shy, but opens up with pets and treats. She's a very sweet girl!
Ringo is microchipped and currently in a foster home. Her adoption fee is $105.

Adopters must be 21 years or older and willing to invest the time and money required to care for a pet. In addition to providing love and attention, regular medical care is required. Please ask if you would like more information about veterinary fees and costs.
Our animals come from a variety of situations. Some have been dumped at shelters or vets, and many are ill or malnourished when rescued. Although the animal has been in a protected environment, there is the possibility of unrecognized illness appearing after an adoption is finalized, especially because of the stress the animal may experience during the first few days at its new home. We advise adopters of the animal's known history and provide its veterinary records, but frequently we know only what the animal chooses to tell us. We cannot make any guarantee regarding the long-term health of any animal. Adoption fees are generally not refundable unless prior arrangements are made.
If you feel that you are ready to adopt, please e-mail adoptions@nbcrtx.org for prompt attention. A NBCR adoption counselor will contact you to arrange an interview.
