My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gnocchi is here and you could just eat her up! This 4 month old girlie has a brother and sister and is ready to find her new home to love some humans! Since she wasn't previously socialized, she is still learning about people. She is curious and follows other dogs for directions.  She is described as happy, playful, friendly, shy/timid, and loyal.

This pasta ball appears to be housetrained, hasn't had any accidents in a week in foster care...but she is a puppy and her new family should expect transitional accidents while she learns a new routine. Gnocchi does great in her crate, enjoys toys and bones, and though she hasn't been exposed to kids that we know of, we think she'll do well with them!

We would love for her to have a home with another dog, and a fence. She's quite fearful so far, and looks to other dogs for guidance. Gnocchi  is the sweetest soul. She recently learned that giving and receiving kisses is great!

10/5/24 update- Gnocchi's foster reports that she is potty trained- she's had no accidents since she's been in her foster home.  She would be good with or without a dog, she's good with kids aged 6 or older, and she no longer seems skittish.  She is still reserved, but not fearful.  She has come such a long way in a very short time.

Her minimum adoption fee is $325 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
