Update, we have her in a foster home, she has a bit of a journey to travel with vetting and socializing but she's a sweetheart. We found out there are four more purebred dogs in the house, all small breeds, but we are working on getting those out. Gracelyn might still need a permanent home, this is yet to be determined.

This is a very sad puppy in a hellish situation. She is only about six months old, she is living with an octogenarian who has never let her in a grassy yard, has kept her inside and in a hellish 4' X 8' pen with broken wood and poop piled up high. She's never been on a walk, never been vetted and through all this she is sweet, happy tail going all the time. I think it's in hope that someone, anyone will take her out of there. I cried when I had to leave her there. I need a foster or a trial adopter for her to get her out of this terrible place she's stuck in. The lady wants to give her up so I can get her to a vet but until there is a place for her to go, I can't take her anywhere.

We are looking for a smoke free home for her, with a huge backyard and a person or family who will train her and spend a lot of time with her daily.
