My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fiona is a gorgeous girl who is friendly, happy, loving and playful. She is one lucky girl! She was rescued by a fireman who heard her crying out for help from a drain pipe! He and his fellow firemen worked tirelessly to save her from the pipe, where she undoubtedly would have drowned. She is seeking a home with both human and feline companionship. She loves human attention and affection and she
loves other cats so very much, so she requires a home with another cat.
She has not been tested with dogs or children but will do best in a home without dogs or small children.
**Will be ready to meet with staring Thursday 10/3**

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
