My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

💕Meet Tegan & Sara, the cutest sweetest tabby sisters ready to fill your home with love! They play together, nap together, and are looking for a home together. They are instantly friendly with everyone they meet, including gentle small dogs and older children. Found after their mom tragically passed away, Tegan is the outgoing leader who loves cuddles and playtime, while sweet Sara always follows her sister's lead. They’re 11 weeks old as of Sept 28, 2024.

💕 To schedule a playdate with Tegan & Sara, please fill in this form at www.TheRescueTrain.org - LA area adopters only please. Tegan & Sara are in a foster home in mid-city Los Angeles.

💕 $200 adoption donation for the pair includes they are up-to-date on their FVCRP vaccines, treated with Revolution (flea prevention), FeLV and FIV tested negative, and will be spayed and microchipped by the rescue's veterinarian.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is designed to help us set up safe and successful adoptions. Most of the time, we will only place our rescued pets in the Los Angeles area. View our cats and dogs online and apply for the pet of your choice: The application process is not meant to be an invasion of privacy. It’s a tool to help us find out if one of our cats or dogs would fit happily into your home and your lifestyle. We respond to applications within 48 hours. Completion of an application does not guarantee adoption.

Go meet their pets

Rescue Train animals are seen by appointment only. If your application is approved, you will be contacted to meet the animal at a convenient time. Because we do home checks we only do local adoptions around the LA area. We do not ship pets.
