Our sweet, dear friend Geronimo may look a little wonky and wobbly, but it is due to a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia. CH occurs when the cerebellum, the part of the brain which controls fine motor skills and coordination, is not completely mature at birth. Geronimo has a pretty mild case, it does not get any worse than what you see! What he lacks in coordination, he makes up for with affection and a silly temperament. Geronimo enjoys human interaction, he loves to play. His favorite toys are balls with bells, ball track toys and string toys. Geronimo has no issue with eating or using the litter box. When he gets excited, runs or sits still to eat, he shakes a little more! Geronimo bounds around the room leaping like a deer when he is excited. Geronimo would not do well as an only cat as he is very sociable; he loves his kitty roommates. His temperament around dogs is unknown. As with any new family member, a slow introduction is recommended. He has been around elementary and high school age children. Geronimo is neutered, tested (FELV/FIV negative), current vaccinations, and microchipped. His estimated birthday is 4/23/2024. His adoption fee is $150
